The sample brief adds a mobile onboarding flow. The delivery date is still undecided. Ask who owns the first device-pairing test and whether the new scope changes the milestone. A real brief should link each observation to the supplied files.

A few things worth knowing.
Does Mellow work while I’m away?
Configured schedules and folder watchers can start agent work without a new chat prompt. The host must stay awake and available, with the required model, tools and permissions configured.
Where does my work run?
Local work runs on its Mac. You can connect a paired Mac or explicitly delegate to a published Cloud workspace agent available to your account. Connecting a cloud service does not move all your local work into it.
Do I have to approve every step?
Agents can carry out actions allowed by their configured permissions. Actions outside those permissions and missing inputs may need your attention. You choose the scope of each responsibility.
What can I connect?
Models, tools and MCP servers, files and knowledge, and supported messaging channels. Availability depends on your setup. The reference covers each connection and its requirements.
