Model context credits are our measurement unit for computational resources used within the Model Context Protocol. Each credit represents compute capacity used for processing data through the protocol and interacting with robotic systems. Different operations consume different amounts of credits based on their complexity and resource requirements.

VISCA is currently in a limited private beta phase. We're accepting waitlist applications and gradually onboarding users. Select partners will be invited to the beta program based on their use case and potential for collaborative feedback. Our full commercial launch is planned for late 2025, but waitlisted users will be given early access as we expand our beta program.

For Developer and Professional plans, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Enterprise plans have more flexible credit policies that can be customized to your organization's needs. Contact our sales team to discuss options for credit management in Enterprise agreements.

We'll accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. Invoicing options will be available for Enterprise customers with minimum commitment levels.

Yes, we plan to offer a 14-day free trial for Developer and Professional plans, which will include a limited allocation of credits to test our platform. No credit card will be required to start a trial. Enterprise plans will include custom evaluation periods to ensure the solution meets your requirements.

Developer plans will include community support through our forums and documentation. Professional plans add priority email support with 12-hour response times during business hours. Enterprise plans feature 24/7 dedicated support with 1-hour response times, dedicated account managers, and optional on-site support for critical deployments.
